Hilton Garden Inn in New Jersey seeks a reliable Night Auditor. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, processing payments, and promoting hotel services.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage guest requests while maintaining accuracy in the nightly audit in the Property Management System. Experience in audits is preferred but not required; candidate may perform Manager On Duty duties during audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent math and reasoning skills.

• Comfort handling intoxicated guests when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out using up selling techniques to maximize room rates.
• Process payments and reconcile with policies and procedures.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and promote hotel services.
• Resolve minor complaints and inform supervisor of major issues.
• Books reservations and coordinates with reservation center.
• Perform night audit tasks in the Property Management System.
• Possibly perform Manager On Duty duties during audit shifts.
