Responsibilities include balancing revenue, reconciling accounts, preparing daily reports, checking guests in and out, and coordinating with security and other departments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of front desk or hotel experience.
• Night audit or accounting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Flexible availability including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts.
• Perform nightly audit procedures, balancing revenue and reconciling accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports.
• Check guests in and out, handling reservations and inquiries as needed.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure the safety and security of the property during overnight hours.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel systems, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with security and other departments as needed.
