• Address guest questions and concerns with knowledge of hotel and local attractions.
• Complete the Night Audit Checklist, manage cash and call logs, and maintain Front Desk Log.
• Perform light cleaning tasks and ensure lobby and front desk areas are tidy.
• Adhere to safety protocols; inspect the property and secure exterior doors.
• Be on call for additional hotel needs and growth opportunities.
