Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Hotel Night Auditor to greet guests, assist with reservations, and handle payment processing while safeguarding guest information. The role also includes reconciling accounts and preparing reports for Hotel Administration and Finance.

You will balance the prior day’s shifts, verify room and tax charges, and respond to guest inquiries, contributing to overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months accounting or audit experience required.
• Three (3) months Front Desk or Rooms controller experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a courteous and professional manner and assist with reservations.
• Process payments and safeguard Guest information.
• Provide accurate information about services and amenities to Guests.
• Balance reports from the previous day’s shifts.
• Audit Guest records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and distribute management reports to Hotel Administration and Finance Department.
