Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Hotel Night Auditor to greet guests, handle reservations and payments, and safeguard guest information during overnight shifts.

You will reconcile accounts, verify room and tax charges, and prepare management reports for Hotel Administration and Finance. Attention to detail, superb guest service, and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Six months accounting or audit experience required.
• Three months Front Desk or Rooms controller experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests courteously and professionally and assist with reservations and payments.
• Balance reports from the previous day’s shifts and reconcile accounts.
• Audit guest records for accuracy and completeness; verify room and tax charges.
• Prepare and distribute management reports to Hotel Admin and Finance.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and maintain optimum service levels.
• Follow Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs) and maintain compliance.
