Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; basic accounting skills.
• Clerical skills including typing, filing, office machine operations, cash register operation, maintenance of records, and multitasking.
• Computer proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with a wide variety of people and organize multiple priorities; problem solving.
• Ability to arrange and coordinate schedules for reservations.
• Excellent interpersonal, administrative, telephone and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger and balance entries; investigate discrepancies.
• Create daily deposit and verify starting cash at the front desk for morning shift.
• Update reservations system with occupancy as guests check in/out.
• Provide administrative, reception and program support to management and staff.
• Manage phone activity and provide general information to callers.
• Act as front desk attendant during night hours; address guest requests.
• Ensure a safe environment; respond to guest complaints accordingly.
• Report safety issues to management promptly.
