Job summary

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience and/or hotel accounting exposure.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable/payable and related processes.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with hotel front desk computer systems and basic accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar daily transactions.
• Post and balance charges and settlements accurately.
• Maintain files and reset systems for next-day operations.
• Support front desk operations during shifts as needed.
• Greet guests, check-in/out, and provide information on local attractions.
