• Night auditor responsibilities and hotel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates and arrivals.
• Process currency exchanges and guest account payments.
• Post and audit banquet charges.
• Run PMS and balance daily reports.
• Close POS and balance cash at end of shift.
• Run end-of-day reports and backups.
• Check interfaces and run daily Flash reports.
