Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours
• Provide a high level of customer service while handling guest inquiries and concerns
• Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and reconciling daily transactions
• Verify room rates, postings, and guest accounts for accuracy
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing discrepancies
• Maintain security awareness and monitor hotel activity overnight
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management on any overnight issues
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and professional
