Job summary

Residence Inn St. Paul Eagan, part of Schulte Hospitality Group, is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team. You’ll audit daily guest ledgers, handle end-of-day accounting, and assist guests at check-in and check-out in a fast-paced hotel environment.

This role requires at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of a PMS, and a high school diploma. You’ll work nights, weekends, and holidays, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Performs end-of-day accounting including posting room rates and taxes.
• Ensures accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Balances revenues from all accounts receivable across departments.
• Acts as front desk clerk for check-ins/check-outs and resolves guest issues.
• Makes cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Organizes Front Desk area for morning shift readiness.
• Monitors hotel security cameras.
• Maintains lobby with proper lighting and ambiance.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
