Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team in Columbus, OH. The role involves daily ledger audits, end-of-day accounting, and front desk support during night hours.

You will ensure accuracy of charges and help with guest services in a fast-paced hotel environment. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of PMS, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Handle end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and taxes.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Calculate revenues from food, room and other departments.
• Serve as front desk clerk: check-in/out, reservations, guest issues.
• Make cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Organize Front Desk area for morning shift readiness.
• Monitor hotel security cameras.
• Maintain lobby lighting and ambiance.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
