Job summary

The Junto in Columbus, OH is seeking a Night Audit for a part-time role. You will be responsible for maintaining front desk operations, balancing accounts, and ensuring a smooth handover to the day shift.

Key duties include handling guest check-ins/outs, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and delivering excellent guest service overnight. Prior experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Balancing the accounts from day shift
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracy; identify and resolve discrepancies
• Handle requests and complaints and directing them to other team members or departments accordingly
• Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries
