Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Handle end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Average the sum of revenues from all accounts receivable (food, room, other).
• Act as front desk clerk—check in/out, reservations, guest issues.
• Make cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Organize Front Desk for the AM shift.
• Monitor hotel security cameras.
• Ensure lobby is well-maintained, lit, and properly toned.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
