Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team. You will audit daily guest ledgers, post room charges, and support front desk operations during the night shift.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in Accounting or Night Audit, knowledge of PMS, and strong multi-tasking and communication skills. High school diploma or GED is required; flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledgers and end-of-day accounting functions.
• Post daily room rates and taxes; ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Assist front desk with check-in/out and reservations.
• Handle cash drops with proper cash handling procedures.
• Monitor lobby security cameras and maintain lobby area.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
