Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Retail customer service training would be a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in a hotel or high-end retail environment required.
• Exposure to alcohol and smoking environment.
• Must be able to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or Live's operating standards.

Aufgaben

• Maintain knowledge of hotel features/services, hours, room types, rates, and occupancy.
• Post charges and ensure accuracy of front desk transactions.
• Assist with PBX switchboard duties as needed.
• Verify transactions are evidenced and properly posted.
• Monitor room revenues and front office statistics; complete end-of-day procedures.
