Hilton Garden Inn Panama City is seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor/Overnight Front Desk professional to ensure smooth 24/7 operations. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, reservations handling, guest service, payments, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, experience with hospitality software (PMS), multitasking ability, and a high school diploma. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation or property management systems (PMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks (phones, reservations, guest requests).
• Knowledge of upselling techniques beneficial for promoting upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Process payments and deposits accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the PMS.
• Follow safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff.
