Job summary

Spire Hospitality at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless operations as shifts close and reset for the next day.

You will balance daily revenue, prepare PMS and revenue reports, and assist guests with check-ins/check-outs while maintaining high service standards. A high school diploma is required with hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Guest services experience and strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to balance revenue and prepare daily reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service to guests and respond to questions and requests.
• Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlements.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances and generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Conduct check-ins and check-outs efficiently and answer calls with professionalism.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
