Job summary

Spire Hospitality seeks a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, ensure seamless stays, and maintain accurate daily reporting. You’ll work with the front desk team to deliver exceptional service from arrival through departure, balancing PMS systems and ensuring clean handoffs for the next shift.

The role emphasizes meticulous closing procedures, guest satisfaction, and creating memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a Guest Services Agent required.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting operations (AR/AP, service fees).
• Basic math skills for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service to guests and respond to questions promptly.
• Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and balance PMS reports.
• Make corrections in the PMS and resolve computer issues during shift.
• Enter revenue/expenses into the system to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger, Daily Summary).
• Efficient check-ins/outs and professional phone handling.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
