Responsibilities

• Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to hotel guests.
• Verifying guest identification and establishing payment method.
• Issuing room keys and coordinating with bell staff.
• Keeping records of room availability and guest accounts in the system.
• Computing bills and collecting payments for accommodations.
• Making and confirming reservations and handling PBX calls.
• Answering inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment and casino activities.
• Notifying housekeeping or maintenance about guest needs and room status.
