Job summary

The Peachtree Group is seeking a Night Auditor to perform nightly audit tasks while delivering exceptional guest service at the hotel front desk. This role handles check-ins and check-outs, processes reservations, and responds to guest inquiries overnight to ensure a smooth stay.

Key duties include counting cash and maintaining cash drawer accuracy, greeting guests, registering and assigning rooms, processing payments, and preparing express checkouts.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage night audit tasks and front desk duties.
• Strong communication and teamwork across hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Count cash and maintain cash drawer accuracy at start/end of shift.
• Greet guests, register and assign rooms, process payments.
• Prepare express checkout folios and update room status.
• Check front desk log and relay shift information to management.
• Respond to guest inquiries and facilitate check-ins/check-outs.
