Job summary

Hyatt Place Park City is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue and expenses while managing the front desk during the overnight shift and ensuring a smooth hotel operation. You will deliver exceptional guest service at night.

Key duties include nightly audit, guest check-in/out, preparing daily reports, monitoring security, handling inquiries, and escalating issues to the appropriate department when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit and balance financials.
• Check guests in/out and assign rooms; handle guest requests.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide hotel information.
• Prepare and distribute daily management reports.
• Monitor hotel security and respond to emergencies.
• Process all financial transactions and ensure proper posting.
• Coordinate with next shift and communicate important information.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Provide wake-up calls and guest services as needed.
• Troubleshoot hotel equipment and escalate issues as necessary.
