You will balance day-shift accounts, handle check-ins/check-outs, and respond to guest requests with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred in hospitality or front desk roles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling accounts.
• Ability to multitask and manage guest requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at the front desk.
• Keep the front desk orderly and reconcile accounts daily.
• Process invoices and balance day shift accounts.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and guest requests promptly.
• Answer calls and inquiries and direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule wake-up calls and concierge activities per guest preferences.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and customer issues.
