Noelle, Nashville, TN, is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations, balance accounts, and prepare daily financials for our team. This role requires attention to detail and a calm, guest-focused approach.

You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, schedule wake-up calls, reconcile accounts, process invoices, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth overnight stay for all guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Balance the accounts from day shift
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracyIdentify and resolve discrepancies
• Handle requests and complaints and directing them to other team members or departments accordingly
• Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries
