Job summary

Makeready LLC is seeking a Public Area Attendant at Noelle in Nashville, TN. This role keeps all lobby and public spaces neat, maintains lobby restrooms, front desk, and offices, and provides friendly, attentive service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to guests by giving directions, making recommendations, or answer other questions guests may have
• Ensure cleanliness of lobby restrooms by frequently mopping dusting, refilling paper needs, and replenishing soap
• Collect and dispose of trash and transport recyclable items to the appropriate location
• Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms, as needed
• Vacuum public areas and maintain cleanliness standards
