Job summary

Commonwealth Hotels is seeking an Overnight Front Desk/Front Office Agent for Courtyard Dayton Beavercreek, Ohio, with anticipated Friday and Saturday 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shifts.

This role places you at the heart of hospitality near Wright‑Patterson AFB and Wright State University. You will handle check‑ins and check‑outs, reservations, payments, guest inquiries and upsell hotel services while maintaining security and accuracy in the PMS.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Familiarity with computers and reservation/PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out processing with guests.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Process payments and deposits in accordance with hotel policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities to enhance guest experience.
