Job summary

The Courtyard Hamilton, part of Shaner Hotels, seeks a dedicated Night Auditor to support our front desk during the overnight shift in Hamilton, Ohio.

You will balance daily revenue, process late check-ins/outs, respond to guest needs, and ensure compliance with cash handling and policies. Strong communication and guest-service skills are essential.

Hotel experience is a plus, bilingual ability is a bonus, and you will join a team committed to exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Computer experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions relevant to guests.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests during the night audit and front desk duties.
• Balance revenue and expenses from the day and handle nightly transactions.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs per hotel requirements.
• Generate daily reports for designated departments.
