Qualifications

• Night shift availability and a flexible schedule.
• Comfort with numbers and a knack for accuracy.
• Previous hotel experience is a plus but not required.
• A calm, friendly attitude to make guests feel safe and at home.
• Willingness to stay active and assist with housekeeping/laundry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee seamless overnight operations including late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Balance accounts and prepare daily financial summaries; manage audit paperwork.
• Serve as the friendly face and problem-solver for overnight guests.
• Monitor security systems and conduct routine safety checks.
• Complete nightly operational checklists.
• Laundry is an essential part of this position (up to 75% of the shift).
• Clean public spaces like lobby, restrooms, fitness room and pool areas.
• Set up breakfast for the morning team.
• Ensure the hotel is clean, organized and ready for the next day’s operations.
