Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group seeks a detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. You’ll assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports for management.

Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and enjoy working independently in a quiet overnight setting. Hotel experience is a plus, and the role offers flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of hotel or related experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Eligible to work in the United States; ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting.
• Audit guest accounts and reconcile night audit transactions.
• Process late check-ins and assist with checkouts.
• Prepare and present reports to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
