Qualifications

• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Basic computer skills to operate front desk systems and reservations platforms.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room locations.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue and handle guest calls and requests.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Book guest reservations and manage changes as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest issues and complaints using service recovery guidelines.
