Island Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to manage all aspects of front desk operations and serve as a key reference point for guests and vendors. You will maintain professionalism and courteous service, with outstanding communication in a fast-paced environment.

This position may require flexible scheduling. The role emphasizes accurate check-in/out, payments processing, guest assistance, and daily reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to handle problems including anticipating, preventing and solving issues.
• Ability to identify and correct potential security problems (e.g., after-hours doors).
• Ability to work alone and perform well in stressful situations.
• Be readily available and approachable to guests while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests.
• Process all payments according to hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
