The role requires a high school diploma and about 1 year of hospitality experience; supervisory exposure is a plus, and you should be comfortable with Windows, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs during the overnight shift.
• Balance the books, finalize nightly transactions, and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain guest safety.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth.
• Troubleshoot basic Windows and Office tasks when needed.
