Responsibilities

• Run and review audit reports from hotel systems and correct discrepancies.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports.
• Balance accounts and reset systems for next day operations.
• Greet guests, check them in, and provide information for a great stay.
• Schedule wake-up calls and reservations; offer concierge services.
