Everhome Suites Amarillo West - Medical Center in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Night Auditor to be the first point of contact for guests and to handle all stages of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out. The role includes processing payments, generating invoices, balancing transactions, and assisting with room assignments while reflecting our property’s vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
• Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
