Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Night Auditor for the Hilton College Station property in Texas. The role reports to the Guest Service Manager and Rooms Director and involves nightly balancing, auditing, and reporting across hotel operations.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 months in a related role; accounting or hospitality experience is a bonus. Strong computer and cash handling skills, along with a guest-focused demeanor, are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Six to twelve months in a related position; accounting or hospitality experience a bonus.
• Skills: Excellent computer and cash handling; ability to stand for extended periods; guest service oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report on all food and beverage outlets' cash and credit operations.
• Reconcile cashier's reports with the restaurant system nightly and post unresolved items.
• Maintain and post daily balance for all house accounts; run preliminary reconciliations and final reports.
• Audit, balance and report on front desk charges, taxes, and deposits to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and input statistics and income journals for daily reports.
