Job summary

Innisbrook Resort in Palm Harbor, FL seeks a detail-oriented Revenue/Accounts Clerk to reconcile and post daily revenue activity, including room charges, taxes, and end-of-day postings.

You will run end-of-day processes in PMS/POS, balance credit card batches, monitor gift cards and promos, and provide daily reports to Accounting and Front Office. GED, English proficiency, and solid math/accounting skills required; night shift may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Knowledge of computer accounting programs and math skills.
• Ability to handle high workload with organization and control.

Responsibilities

• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Verify postings and balances.
• Run end-of-day process in PMS and POS systems.
• Balance credit card transactions and process batches.
• Monitor gift card, discount, and promo programs.
• Provide next-day reports to Accounting, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Executive office as required.
• Reconcile daily cash drops vs. system cash.
• Perform duties of front desk agent as assigned.
