Responsibilities

• Greets every guest and assists with needs within capabilities.
• Balances daily revenue and expenses with accuracy for front desk operations.
• Manages check-in and check-out procedures and verifies guest accounts.
• Produces summaries of cash, checks, and credit card activities for management.
• Performs Manager on Duty functions as needed.
