Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Santa Ana property. The role combines frontline guest service with nightly accounting tasks to ensure accurate balances and smooth overnight operations.

You’ll balance the books, handle check-ins/out, generate nightly reports, and collaborate with day teams to prepare for the morning shift. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in hospitality; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage overnight check-ins/outs.
• Balance nightly books and finalize transactions.
• Conduct regular security walks and maintain safety.
• Create Daily Flash Report and other nightly reports.
