Job summary

Sincere Hospitality is actively hiring for a Night Auditor to shape the guest experience during the overnight shift. The role blends administrative tasks with frontline guest interaction, setting the tone for each stay and ensuring brand standards are met.

You will work with the Front Desk Supervisor and General Manager, handle check-ins/outs, cashier duties, and PMS updates, while maintaining a safe, clean lobby. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Availability to work morning and evening shifts.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and checkout.
• Handle cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
• Maintain accurate records using hotel systems (PMS).
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
