Job summary

Atira Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor for Lodge on the Desert in Tucson. This part-time role involves handling reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate nightly audit records with a focus on guest service.

Strong communication and detailing skills are essential to manage inquiries and protect guest information. The position requires high school completion, customer service and data entry experience, and the ability to work 8-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and data entry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reservation Management: Receive and process reservations via phone, fax, and mail.
• Reservation Management: Enter reservations into the computer system and provide additional information.
• Reservation Management: Verify pricing, discounts, and billing information, and notify customers of room features and availability.
• Reservation Management: Maintain reservation files and resolve related problems.
• Customer Service: Check in and out guests efficiently.
• Customer Service: Process customer payments and post applicable charges.
• Customer Service: Inform customers of credit holds and conduct customer surveys.
• Customer Service: Interact with guests regarding their stay, resolving questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously.
• Customer Service: Keep customers informed of company policies, procedures, and account statuses.
• Professional Relations: Maintain the company’s professional reputation by providing superior customer service.
• Professional Relations: Assist and support area personnel as needed.
• Professional Relations: Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding customer credit status.
• Professional Relations: Keep management informed of area activities and significant problems.
• Professional Relations: Attend and participate in meetings as required.
• Professional Relations: Safeguard guest information, including but not limited to: Personal information, address, room numbers, credit card numbers, etc.
