Job summary

The Leo Kent in Tucson is seeking a part-time Front Desk Auditor to perform daily audit functions for the front office and outlets, review room and tax postings for accuracy, and back-up computer systems as needed.

You will handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX, and provide warm, professional service to guests; weekend and holiday availability required; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk operations and/or accounting/audit workflows.
• Ability to multitask and manage interruptions while maintaining accuracy.
• Clear communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and hotel outlets.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors promptly.
• Back-up front office computer system and night audit program when needed.
• Rebuild front office system, reservations, and related software maintenance as applicable.
• Follow management company accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Manage front desk functions including check-ins/outs, payments, reservations, PBX operations and guest assistance.
