Job summary

Soboba Casino is seeking a Night Auditor in San Jacinto, CA. The role focuses on accurate nightly financial close, posting room charges, and maintaining front desk records.

You will summarize cash, checks, and credit card activities and ensure proper posting to guest accounts with attention to room revenue and occupancy statistics. Candidates should have at least 1 year of hotel night audit experience or 2 years as a Front Desk Attendant, be 21+, and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year night audit experience or 2 years Front Desk experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Processes guest charges vouchers and credit card vouchers.
• Post charges to unposted guest accounts from the night audit shift.
• Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.
• Verify charges are allocated to the correct departments.
• Ensure transactions are supported by documents and signatures and posted correctly in the PMS.
• Verify postings from POS software reach correct guest folios.
• Balance day’s charges and run end-of-day PMS."
• Respond to guest needs and special requests; alert manager as needed.
• Understand emergency procedures and maintain regular attendance.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
