Responsibilities include preparing rooms, stocking supplies, cleaning bathrooms, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining carts. A reliable schedule and basic cleaning experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Six (6) months minimum related cleaning experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all hotel areas are cleaned and prepared for guests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond professionally.
• Prepare rooms for guest arrival and special requests.
• Vacuum and sweep carpets and floors.
• Dust and clean rooms, decorations, appliances and fixtures.
• Change linens and replace damaged linens.
• Clean showers, tubs, sinks and bathroom surfaces.
• Remove used amenities and trash; replenish supplies.
• Inspect rooms for safety hazards and report maintenance needs.
• Report lost and found items and other issues.
• Maintain cleaning carts and storage areas.
• Provide information about the hotel and its amenities.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
• Perform special projects as needed.
