HEI Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta’s Buckhead area seeks a Night Auditor to maintain financial controls and ensure hotel standards. You will coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to provide consistent service to guests.

Responsibilities include preparing daily revenue reports, auditing front office systems, balancing accounts, and resolving shift issues. Hotel experience and strong math/communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and accurate 10-key input.
• Ability to handle guest concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to input data accurately into a moderately complex computer system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare daily revenue reports auditing POS tapes, journals, and settlements.
• Run audit reports from front office systems and POS.
• Make corrections and address computer issues during the shift.
• Enter revenue/expenses into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and prep for next day.
