Job summary

The Courtland Grand Hotel in Atlanta is seeking a Night Auditor to perform night audit operations, ensuring financial controls and hotel standards. You will coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to deliver quality guest service, and prepare daily revenue reports from POS and front office systems.

The role requires basic math, accuracy in data entry, and strong verbal/written communication. On-site schedule with competitive benefits and opportunities within HEI Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform 10-key calculations.
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips, and settlements.
• Run audit reports from the front office system, POS, and computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle computer issues during shift.
• Input revenue/expenses into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for next day.
