This position requires 2-3 shifts a week as a Night Auditor and 2-3 shifts a week as a Front Desk Agent.

Job Overview
Audit, balance, and report on various hotel areas (food and beverage outlets, rooms/front desk, gift shop, etc.) to ensure accuracy, adherence to policies, and fraud prevention. Respond professionally and courteously to guests, providing timely information and services. Handle inquiries regarding reservations, hotel info, and guest concerns.
