Chartwell Hospitality in Franklin seeks a diligent Night Auditor to protect financial accuracy and oversee overnight hotel operations. You will perform audits, balance accounts, and report on cash and credit activity across front desk, rooms, and F&B outlets.

You will also assist guests at the front desk, finalize the nightly reconciliation, and provide clearer performance reporting to rooms management. A high school diploma is required; accounting background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Accounting background preferred but not required.
• Must communicate effectively over the phone and in person; attention to detail is essential.

Responsabilités

• Audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations.
• Reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management.
• Provide rooms management with a clear picture of performance using collected data.
• Run the night audit final after ensuring all revenue is in balance.
• Attend to guest needs at the front desk.
