Job summary

Chartwell Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to safeguard our hotel’s nightly financials and guest service efficiency. You will audit and balance cash and credit across front desk operations, reset registers, and provide a clear performance picture to rooms management for the new day.

You will also attend to guest needs at the front desk, process transactions accurately, and run the night audit final while ensuring all revenue is in balance.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience is required.
• Accounting background is preferred but not required.
• Must be detail oriented and able to compile facts and figures. May lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and F&B cash operations and reset registers.
• Protect brand and assets against liability and fraud through accurate processing.
• Provide rooms management with a clear picture of nightly performance using collected data.
• Run the night audit final after ensuring revenue is balanced.
• Attend to guest needs at the front desk.
