Job summary

Opal Collection seeks a Night Auditor to manage late-evening operations in Naples, ensuring accurate postings and reconciliation of guest accounts. This role requires vigilance during quiet hours and strong attention to detail to balance daily transactions and end-of-day procedures.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using PMS and front desk systems, have an understanding of auditing and balancing processes, and hold a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience with auditing, balancing, and closing out guest accounts.
• Proficient in PMS and front desk equipment.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Processes guest charges vouchers and credit card vouchers.
• Post charges to accounts not yet posted or incurred on night audit shift.
• Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.
• Verify that front desk transactions are supported and properly posted.
