Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor for the DoubleTree Charlotte, 207, to ensure financial accuracy and guest satisfaction during overnight hours. You will reconcile daily revenue, prepare reports, and serve as the point of contact for guest services, maintaining operational continuity between shifts.

You will conduct nightly audit procedures, balance cash, reset front office systems for the next business day, and act as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty

Qualifications
