Duties and Expectations
- Guest Relations: Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile.
- Name Use: Use the guests' names whenever possible, ensuring they feel properly welcomed.
- Guest Satisfaction: All Team Members work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores.
- Recovery: Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
- Hotel Knowledge: Be familiar with all features of the hotel and amenities.
- Events: Support all groups and events at the hotel.
- Technology: Understand relevant technology for the role.
- Phone Etiquette: Answer calls with friendly service using the approved greeting.
- Spotless Cleanliness: Keep all areas, front and back of the house, clean and organized.
- Pitching In: Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed, greeting guests cheerfully.
- Product Consistency & Quality: Complete checklists accurately and timely; ensure shift handovers are clear and punctual; wear a clean uniform, be well-groomed, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly and professionally; demonstrate a can-do attitude; collaborate to create a welcoming environment.

- Audit Management: Complete and send reports as scheduled.
- Security: Follow safety protocols, lock entrances, handle late arrivals, and manage security issues.
- Incoming Mail: Record all mail received during the shift.

SECTION FOUR: Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, service, or related fields preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
- Work well under stress and high-pressure situations.
- Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Desire to serve guests.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Willing to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Arrive and clock in/out on time; work during scheduled hours; take breaks as scheduled; provide notice for absences.
Physical Working Demands & Environment
Stand for long periods, operate computers and equipment, lift up to 25 pounds, inspect details visually, and work in a moderate noise environment.
Language + Reasoning Skills
Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
